Returns & Refund Policy

At Just Right News, all sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@justrightnews.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.

 


 

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as production begins immediately.
